I'm Mike. Engineer, scientist and ex-founder. 2024 was a big one - we've sold our AI-powered recruitment platform to a US big player (my personal moment of vanity). Before that - that's a pretty cool story of various (and sometimes a bit crazy) stuff. I've built an AR telehealth platform for frontline hospitals during the Covid pandemic. And at the same time, launched a mental health monitoring system for medical staff in 'red zones'. I've spent a decade in Sports Science - pioneering AI prediction powers for athletes' performance and recovery optimization. Earned a PhD on that journey. Saw from the inside every 'level' of business - corporate, early-stage tech startups, and even governmental. They all have their pros. But the startup vibe - feeling your impact in real-time - that's one love. Launched tech and science-backed products in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the US, and Europe. So many cultures, so many insights. About users, business, and team diversity. Now, I run Outter – helping businesses implement AI the right way. Not hype. Not 'chatbots for everything'. Real solutions that drive efficiency, cut costs, and unlock new potential. What I do best? I take complex challenges - whether in AI, health-tech, data, or science-backed innovations - and turn them into solutions that work. Inspired by sci-fi: Asimov, Stephenson, and Weir.
